The 10kV three-phase resin cast Dry-type power transformer is a cutting-edge Dry Type Transformer developed with advanced technology imported from abroad. The coils are meticulously encapsulated in epoxy resin, making it highly resistant to ignition, fireproof, explosion-proof, maintenance-free, non-polluting, and compact. This enables direct installation at the load center, maximizing efficiency and convenience. The scientific and reasonable design, coupled with a precise casting process, results in lower partial discharge, reduced noise, and enhanced heat dissipation capabilities. The transformer is equipped with an intelligent temperature control device, featuring fault alarm, over-temperature alarm, over-temperature trip, and black box functions, ensuring optimal performance and safety. It can be seamlessly connected to a computer via an RS485 serial interface for centralized control, streamlining operations and monitoring.

Technical Features

• Core Construction: The core is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, utilizing a 45° full oblique joint and a five-step interleaved iron stacking method. The core column and iron yoke boast multi-stage circular cross-section shapes, which significantly reduce no-load losses and noise, enhancing the transformer's efficiency and quietness.
