Product Description

KYN28-12 high and low voltage complete cabinet has become the mainstream choice in the medium voltage power distribution field with its high reliability, intelligent expansion capability and wide applicability. Its core advantages lie in the high breaking performance of the vacuum circuit breaker, the maintenance convenience of the center-mounted trolley, and its good compatibility with the smart grid.

Application Field

1. Power plants and substations

• Generator export control: used for 10kV generator feeder cabinets, supporting high short-circuit current breaking (such as 40kA).

• Substation incoming/outgoing line: as the main equipment on the 10kV side of the 110kV substation, realizing power distribution and protection.

2. Industrial enterprises

• Metallurgical/chemical industry: providing start-stop control and short-circuit protection for high-voltage motors (such as 6kV/10kV).

• Data center: as UPS input and output cabinets, ensuring power supply continuity (such as configuring a double busbar system).

3. New energy field

• Wind power/photovoltaic grid connection: used on the 10kV side of the booster station, supporting frequent switching and rapid fault isolation.

• Energy storage system: cooperate with the energy storage converter (PCS) to realize bidirectional flow control of electric energy.

Technical Features

Cabinet Structure: Assembled from multiple bends of aluminum-zinc coated plates. Fully metal armored and completely separated.
Operation Safety: All equipment operations can be performed with the cabinet door closed.
High Sealing Degree: The cabinet shell has a high level of sealing to prevent debris and pests from invading the equipment. Protection level is IP4X.
Effective Locking: Simple and effective locking mechanism to prevent misoperation.
Vacuum Circuit Breakers: Can be equipped with ZN63A (i.e., VS1) and imported VD4 vacuum circuit breakers.
Maintenance and Interchangeability: The vacuum circuit breaker in the high-voltage room and its operating mechanism require minimal maintenance. Replacing the circuit breaker is simple, and the trolley has good interchangeability.
Space-saving Design: The cabinet can be installed against the wall and repaired from the front, reducing floor space.
Wiring and Cable Connection: The secondary line is laid in a spacious wire trough for easy wiring. The cable room has ample space for connecting multiple cables.
Observability: The cable room installation can be easily observed through the panel door.
Grounding Switch: Fast grounding switch for grounding and loop shorting.
