Product Features：

The 10kV three-phase resin cast insulated dry-type power transformer is an independently developed SC(B)10, SC(B)11, SC(B)13 series Dry-Type Transformer with the introduction of foreign advanced technology. The coil is encapsulated with epoxy resin, so it is flame-retardant, fireproof, explosion-proof, maintenance-free, pollution-free, small in size, and can be directly installed in the load center.

The scientific and reasonable design and casting process make the product have smaller partial discharge, lower noise, and stronger heat dissipation capacity.

Technical Features:

The core is constructed from high-quality cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with 45° fully beveled joints and a five-step lamination process. Both the core legs and yokes feature multi-stage circular cross-sections, resulting in minimal no-load loss and low noise.

Depending on the transformer capacity, the high-voltage conductors utilize double-glass enameled copper wire with H-grade fiberglass cloth and glass mat insulation between layers. The low-voltage conductors utilize copper foil winding with epoxy resin prepreg insulation between layers, providing high mechanical strength and resistance to sudden short circuits.
