Product Description:

The HXGN Series Box-Type Fixed Ring Main Unit (RMU) is a high-voltage switchgear designed for indoor applications in three-phase AC systems operating at 50Hz with a rated voltage of 3 to 12kV. It is specifically engineered for use in ring network power supplies and customer substations for the reception, control, and distribution of electrical energy.

This Switchgear Cabinet is fully compliant with the "five prevention" requirements for high-voltage switchgear in power systems, making it widely applicable in various distribution systems, including industrial and mining enterprises, residential communities, high-rise buildings, and educational and recreational facilities. It is capable of withstanding rated short-circuit currents and can be utilized to interrupt no-load currents of transformers, as well as currents from overhead lines or cable lines over a certain distance. RMUs equipped with fuses can interrupt short-circuit currents, serving as protective switches. They are also suitable for installation in box-type substations.

Technical Features:

◦ The cable room is equipped with a live display and grounding switch interlocking to ensure that the primary circuit is reliably grounded during maintenance.

◦ The internal arc pressure release device can guide the arc to the rear of the cabinet to avoid injury to the operator.

2. Strong environmental adaptability:

◦ Supports ambient temperature of -25℃ to +40℃, and humidity tolerance of 95% on average per day and 90% on average per month.

◦ No capacity reduction is required for areas below 1000m above sea level, and special needs can be customized.

3. Intelligent expansion:

◦ Optional electric operating mechanism, FTU (feeder terminal unit) and communication module to support distribution automation and smart grid access.
