Product Description:

The HXGN Series Box-Type Fixed Ring Main Unit (RMU) is designed for indoor use in three-phase AC systems at 50Hz, with a Rated voltage ranging from 3 to 12kV. It is engineered for ring network power supply and customer substations, serving as a solution for accepting, controlling, and distributing electrical energy.

This Switchgear Cabinet fully meets the "five prevention" requirements of Inflatable Ring Main Unit in electrical systems and is extensively applied in various In power distribution system, such as industrial and mining enterprises, residential areas, high-rise buildings, and educational and recreational facilities. It is capable of handling rated short-circuit currents and can be used to interrupt no-load currents of transformers, as well as currents from overhead lines or cable lines over a certain distance. RMUs equipped with fuses can interrupt short-circuit currents, serving as protective switches. They are also suitable for installation in box-type substations.

Technical Features:

• SF₆ load switch: It adopts a double-break rotary structure and is filled with SF₆ gas as arc extinguishing and insulating medium. It has high reliability and long life (mechanical life of more than 5,000 times).

• Vacuum circuit breaker: Some models can be replaced with vacuum circuit breakers such as VS1 and VD4/S, which are suitable for scenarios with higher requirements for short-circuit breaking (such as industrial power distribution).

• Air insulation: Air insulation is used in the cabinet, combined with epoxy resin cast insulating partitions to meet the insulation requirements between phases and to the ground.

• Protection level: The protection level of the cabinet shell is IP3X (protection against solid foreign objects larger than 2.5mm), and can reach IP2X when the cable room door is closed.
