This Dry Type Power Transformer is designed with an epoxy resin-encased coil, ensuring non-flammability, excellent fire and explosion safety performance，and maintenance-free operation。It is an eco-friendly solution, compact in size, and perfectly suited for direct installation at load centers. Our transformer boasts a smart design that minimizes partial discharge, reduces noise, and enhances heat dissipation, ensuring optimal performance. Furthermore, it is equipped with an advanced intelligent temperature control system that allows for remote monitoring and control, providing an additional layer of operational efficiency and safety.

Technical features：

The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, with 45° full-bevel joints and five-step lamination. The core column and iron yoke are both multi-stage circular cross-section shapes, which can obtain smaller no-load loss and lower noise. According to the capacity of the transformer, the high-voltage conductor uses double glass enameled copper wire, and the interlayer uses H-grade glass fiber cloth and glass felt insulation; the low voltage is wound with copper foil, and the interlayer insulation is epoxy resin prepreg cloth, which has high mechanical strength and resistance to sudden short circuits.

The clamp adopts a low-magnetic steel pull plate and clamp matching structure, and is sandblasted and sprayed with plastic. The overall structure is beautiful and has high mechanical strength.

Each phase is equipped with an independent axial flow fan and a split temperature controller to effectively reduce the temperature rise, increase the output capacity of the transformer, and ensure the safe operation of the transformer.
